Important : As with most water treatments and conditioners, the pond should have a good level of oxygen saturation. For optimum results use in water temperature of more than 10 degrees centegrade. Blanket Answer is safe for all fish, ultra violets filters and pumps must not be switched off. Extra care should be taken if river type fish are present such as * Orfe-Rudd-Roach-Sturgeon it is important to maintain a high level of saturated oxygen if present, it is recommended to add a half dose to the pond allow 2-3 days then apply the second half monitoring the pond conditions and River fish.

I applied one application at the beginning of the season, NO Blanketweed since, not even when we had the heat wave, pond had remained blanketweed Free!!!! I'm hoping next season brings the same success.

It was Andy that put me on to this product and he was 100% right. It was the only one which worked for me. Pre-Vent is to be added to the pond by mixing with with sufficient pond water and spread evenly around the entire surface of the pond. The Pond will take on a mild cloudy appearance which will usually clear in a few hours. For best results use above 10°C water temperature. If Sturgeon, Orfe, Rudd or River Fish are present, pond saturated oxygen levels need to be maintained at a high level. During and after applying , common sense should prevail in the washing of hands, and storing the Cloverleaf Blanket Answer in a dry place away from the reach of children. Although no known dangers are thought to exist the application to the pond of any other chemical or treatment should be spaced 10 days from applying the Cloverleaf Blanket Answer.
