I am not sure if this was for the general public as this was from someone who worked for UPS for years. Unlike similar luggage tags, these examples do not have the paper insert that would bear owner's information. He is always in awe of the UPS and FedEx trucks when he sees them on the roads, and always shouts out when he sees one and becomes extremely excited too!
