As ever Lindsey Kelks writing style flows so effortlessly that I found myself falling easily into the storyline and before I knew it I had finished in under a day. Everyone remembers how well Angela behaved at the last wedding she attended and now everything is combining to stress her out. It’s been some time since she was there and a few things have changed – her childhood best friend Louisa has a baby now, which has obviously altered Louisa’s life and what she can do. I loved seeing how Alex and Jenny got on with her parents and best friend Louisa (now more of a mother than maid of honour).

Alex is also coming over for the birthday and to meet her parents properly who have made it quite clear that they don’t really trust this new American musician boyfriend.

It never even occurred to me that there would be a fight over the maid of honour position, but it makes sense. Like Kelk’s previous novels her writing in I Heart London is basic, and she spends more time describing shoes and Marc Jacob’s bags than she does adding to character depth and forming an intriguing plot – but that’s okay.The ending was what I hoped would happen and it was written beautifully, so much so I actually felt happy for Angela and Alex. com, the Sell on Etsy app, and the Etsy app, as well as the electricity that powers Etsy’s global offices and employees working remotely from home in the US. We also finally managed to find out more about Angela’s best friend Louisa who is mentioned in the previous books but now I really feel like I know her character better. I Heart London is the fifth book in the I Heart series and if you've followed it so far, you know that Angela is finally engaged to Alex and now it's time for her to face everything she has left behind since two years ago, when she first took off to New York. This genre doesn’t rely on these things as much as others do and are not vital to making a book like this work. Kelk manages to make any situation presented in the book funny, even if it is just one line of Angela’s thoughts on the matter. Lindsay Kelk definitely has a way with words, and the amounts of times she had be laughing so hard i had to run to the toilet is ridiculous (okay maybe too much information). I didn’t get on with Angela in Paris of Vegas so was pleasantly surprised that this Angela was the one that I loved in New York and Hollywood.The book begins in New York and then quickly changes setting to Surrey/London where most of the story takes place.

The most pathetic thing that really ticked me off is how everyone thought her stupid flighty tendencies were ok or cute. I loved the I Heart series, I loved the beautiful bond Angela has formed with her readers, I loved the heartbreakingly beautiful covers. Meanwhile, Alex was still his same, charming self, but I don’t feel like he was given enough of a storyline. But Angela seemed too scared to stand up to her, just letting the juggernaut of Jenny roll on, even when she and Louisa started getting into some pretty crazy arguments.
