About this deal

If you’re buying a Nerf gun for a young person in your life, pay close attention to shooting power. That’s the element of the gun that will be considered the most “fun.” However, if you’re concerned about safety and indoor use, you may not necessarily go for the most powerful, especially if you have younger children. Some models have shooting power of approximately 70 feet per second, although others can shoot at up to 100 feet per second. The Empty chamber indicator is another significance found behind the rear sling attachment point. This indicator is a red light, usually very little, that blinks not more than 15 secs when the trigger is pulled, and the gun has run out. No matter what generation you belong to, chances are you’re familiar with toy foam blasters. Today’s blaster products combine the safe materials that made them popular in their early years with the latest innovations to make them powerful and fun. There are two clips of darts that come with the toy, making a total of 24 smaller darts, and you can even buy accessories for it to develop the Nerf even more. For example, there are upgrade kits for stealth and long-range shooting. What did we think of the Nerf Modulus Regulator? The semi-auto and 3-round burst modes work, but they aren't that great. The issue is that unlike dedicated semi-auto blasters like the Stryfe, the Regulator uses a conveyor to push darts into the flywheels to launch them. Because this means it has to get up to speed for each semi-auto shot, there's a noticeable amount of trigger delay, and it's much greater than what you'd experience with a semi-auto blaster. However, it's not unreasonable, and you could totally get used to it.

Most of the users have positive things to say about the Modulus Regulator. However, there are some notables that complain about jamming. The jam clearing door is that’s why a huge relief. Also, the darts don’t easily go through deformation and that’s a good thing according to many. There are also notes on accurate and far going shoots overall. Pros & Cons Compared to others, the Nerfs Modulus Regulators magazine position is quite forward. The blaster of the full auto nerf gun is mostly compatible with N-strike magazines; notwithstanding, If you know how to, you shouldn’t have problems loading the gun.

The instructions for putting together are relatively limited, but it is quite simple to build. You do need to take note of the various locations for the buttons to release the dart clips, and make sure you have the barrels aligned properly, or you will struggle to get it built. It is also important to put the darts in the clips the right way around. You do have a helpful light on the top of the Nerf gun so you know when it is empty though. Perhaps more important than shooting power is recovery. Some blasters can shoot rounds in rapid succession, while others have recovery time between each shot. You’ll also find that some blasters need to be reloaded after a few shots, while others will hold 25 or 100 rounds. That means more uninterrupted shooting time, which equals more fun for everyone.

It’s important to note that blasters are better for older players, with a recommended age of 14 and up, although there are a few that are rated for ages 8 and up. The Modulus Regulator needs C-style alkaline batteries. You will find the battery door right above the trigger that is located on side of the blaster. This is a great looking toy for the kids, and pretty robust. You do need four C batteries, so it is worth making sure that you have these already if you are buying this as a present for someone. This change of mind return policy is in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items. This chamber may seem unnecessary because you’d know you’re out as it stops firing, but there are always cases of malfunctions when you might still have ammo and think you’ve run out.
