The Score was great, but in my opinion not as funny and cute as The Mistake. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed it very much, and I swooned and laughed and blushed! I just felt like something was missing,and I think that's because I found Allie's character really flat and indifferent. I couldn't connect with her and even though I didn't hate her, I didn't love her either. This, plus the drug use are the reasons I didn't give it the fifth star! That being said, let's talk about Dean, shall we? But, for once, Allie wants this to be a one-time hook-up and nothing more yet Dean is not satisfied with just once. Sex with Allie was beyond anything he'd ever experienced. He finally finds that girl and she says "one and done?" Say it isn't so! Allie won't do casual. She wants strings so that doesn't include the Dean Di Laurentis, Briar College man-whore extraordinaire. Well unless you are Elle Kennedy. Sure you get another hero with "daddy issues" but I co dean and allie tho?? those two really served in their novella. it was funny, cute, wholesome, honestly all things good besides the miscommunication dean & allie - i was so disappointed because this is supposed to be a happy ending type of shit but they kept fighting??? and after 4 years they still go ahead and ignore each other when they disagree? no character development whatsoever.
